This website is owned and operated by Kirsty Mitchell of Kavern Kreations.

These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use the website and services as offered by me. 
This website offers visitors a place to browse and purchase goods.

By accessing or using the website you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use this website and to order goods you must be at least 16 years of age, or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When buying an item, you agree that: 
1: you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: 
2 : you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices I charge for products are listed on the website. I reserve the right to change prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the payments page.

You are also agreeing to not use any stock photographs to pass onto any third party. In doing so you are breaching the terms and conditions of my website.

Any custom requests or bespoke orders must be paid for in advance of production. Any last minute change of mind or order cancelations will result in you, the customer covering the cost of materials and time taken to make said product.  I reserve the right to keep all monies except where appropriate the cost of postage and packaging. This will only be returned to you as the customer if I have not already packaged and sent your item.

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. 


We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

When you conduct a transaction on our website, as part of the process, we collect personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:
To provide and operate the Services;
To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;
To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;
To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 
To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

We may contact you to notify you regarding your account, to troubleshoot problems with your account, to resolve a dispute, to collect fees or monies owed, to poll your opinions through surveys or questionnaires, to send updates about our company, or as otherwise necessary to contact you to enforce our User Agreement, applicable national laws, and any agreement we may have with you. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages, and postal mail.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

Each individual return will be handled differently. I do not except returns for unwanted items or change of mind. Below is an example of how a return may be handled.

​

If I was to send you an item with the wrong personalization :-


Firstly I would check the order for any personalization details, if its deemed that I wasn't at fault and that I had completed correctly the name or details supplied by the customer, then the option of returning the item for correction is available. The cost of returned postage, redoing the design and re shipment payment would be the responsibility of the customer. This would be discussed with each customer privately and resolved.

If however I was at fault I would rectify this for the customer by offering a refund minus postage costs or the option of returning the item to me to be sorted. After the item has  been shipped back to me by the customer, signed for postage. The cost of postage will be met by the customer to return the item but I would pay for the item to be reshipped to the customer after rectified.

I as the seller will take every possible precaution to ensure that your items are packaged and protected in every way possible so that you receive your items safely.  In the event that an item is unfortunately damaged during transit the following steps will need to be taken.

​

1: Photographic or video proof of damage ( if you can do this as you open your packages this would be very helpful) this is so that I am able to claim from the company used to ship your parcel.

​

2: If its a matter of a touch of glue or a little lift of decal I will give you instructions so that this can be rectified.

​

3: If an item is totally destroyed I will put in a claim with the company used to ship your item with all evidence supplied. Once this is completed the customer has the choice of a replacement or full refund excluding any postage costs already used to send the item/s 

​

4: Please note that any refunds will only be for the item itself and not for any shipping costs.

​

Please note that if a package is returned to me due to no collection/delivery to the customer then the customer is responsible for this package to be re sent out and any costs this may incur. If this is not paid then no items will be resent out until it is.

All postage is weight and size appropriate.

 

All items are sent out 2nd class signed for unless stated otherwise.

​

International is a choice of tracked & signed for or standard that is not trackable. If you choose the non tracked and signed for I will not be responsible for any missing items. I will raise a claim with royal mail and only if and when a compensation claim has been refunded to me will there be any refunds of goods.  If you choose non signed for you do so at your own risk !!!

 

My postage prices include all packaging not just the one used to ship your items. Where possible i do re-use boxes to send out your parcels  but all the other packaging material is as eco friendly as possible.

 

If you order multiple items and the postage costs paid is a lot higher than it should be (more than 50p) i will refund the customer the difference.

 

If items are ordered and the postage paid doesn't cover the postage I will contact the customer for the difference. This will either be done via email or text message etc.

 

I will give instructions to the customer of how they can pay the difference. This is normally by either bank transfer, paypal or a tab on the website where appropriate.

 

All parcels will be sent out once appropriate postage & packaging costs have been met.

 

If the costs are not met and the customer refuses to pay the extra to cover then a full refund will be given and no items sent out. ( please note this excludes if an item has been made prior to refusal as per the terms and conditions)

 

I have the right to change any of these details as and when postage prices rise or I feel more terms need to be added
